AC/DC Drummer Selling Two New Zealand Properties

According to Bay Of Plenty Times, AC/DC drummer Phil Rudd has listed two homes for sale in Tauranga, New Zealand. They have a rateable value totalling NZD$4.05 million (approximately USD$3.14 million).

The properties are in one building but are two separate units on two levels with two titles. The ground floor level is listed by LJ Hooker as "Phil Rudd's New Zealand hideaway" and the upper level as "Phil Rudd's other hideaway".

The ground floor unit which is 281sq m is listed on TradeMe with a rateable value of $1.92 million. The upper unit is 305sq m and listed on TradeMe with a rateable value of $2.13 million. Each level has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and two-car garaging, with views of the Mount and Harbour.
